About Topochemical Engineering and Biofabrication

Biofabrication is one of the most promising sustainable technologies for production of materials and chemicals. Topochemical engineering combined with biofabrication can facilitate the creation of new materials and molecules for advanced applications in human health, planet sustainability and better life quality. In this website you will find a combination of my research and education activities in Finland and in Belgium. This research is performed with valuable collaboration of students and post-docs and also with colleagues and friends, thus the information shared here represents collective efforts. My courses are targeted to chemical engineers where the concepts of sustainable processes, biomass engineering and human health  are creatively combined. Collaborative courses are also essential to tackle the challenges and opportunities of multi and interdisciplinarity.
